01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the wk999 website at wk999.club (the "Platform"), registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wk999 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

wk999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending compliance review.

03 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one single account on the wk999 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across duplicate accounts.

When registering your wk999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address that you own and control.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account password. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
• Notify wk999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise permit any third party to use your wk999 account.

wk999 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or close an account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it suspects a breach of these Terms or applicable law.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the wk999 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash and Easypaisa. Minimums for bank transfer methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your wk999 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are processed same-day during business hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or Easypaisa are processed within 30 minutes on average for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day.
• wk999 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your payment provider may apply standard network or interbank charges beyond wk999's control.
• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC identity verification. wk999 may request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests in line with anti-money laundering obligations.
• wk999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request back to your account wallet if it suspects fraudulent activity, pending investigation.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the wk999 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slots, table games). General rules applicable across all products include:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the wk999 system, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User except where expressly permitted by the specific product rules.
• wk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds or outcome was subject to a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake. The User will be notified and any stake returned to their wallet.
• Winnings are credited to your wk999 wallet in real time upon confirmation of the result. For live events subject to dispute or review, credits may be temporarily held pending official result confirmation.
• Maximum payout limits per bet or per event apply and are displayed within the relevant product section at the time of placement.
• wk999 reserves the right to limit the stakes and/or payouts available to any individual account at its discretion, including where patterns of advantage play or arbitrage are identified.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, wk999 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the promotion, which will be displayed at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your wk999 account and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, per household, per device, and per payment method.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the wk999 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the wk999 Platform or its underlying systems.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, collect data, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to circumvent eligibility restrictions.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to wk999. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the disputed amount together with any associated costs.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the wk999 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game content, text, images, and design, is the property of wk999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wk999 content without prior written authorisation.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wk999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including gambling losses, system downtime, data loss, or third-party payment processing delays.

Verified real-money balances will be returned to the User via the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation, unless the balance is subject to confiscation under applicable anti-money laundering or fraud proceedings.

12 Amendments to Terms
